You will not need a visa if you are arriving before the official Brexit date. You may need to register on arrival in the UK if you will be staying for more than three months.
You will be eligible to apply for the EU Settlement Scheme if you are an EU national with a valid passport and are resident in the UK or arrived by 31 December 2020.
