Overview

Nottingham Trent University (NTU) is one of the UK's most popular universities. It has over 39,000 students and four campuses, including a new London location. NTU has received numerous awards. It has been named ‘University of the Year’ five times in six years and voted Best University in the UK, 1st for Course Quality, and 1st for Employability by Uni Compare in 2025. 

The university excels in employability with work-like experience, placement opportunities and personalised support, even after graduation. As a result, 78% of graduates are in graduate-level employment or training within 15 months (Guardian University Guide 2024). The National Student Survey shows that 93% of Nottingham Trent students would recommend studying at the University.

NTU’s Nottingham Business School holds the prestigious Triple Crown accreditation, and the University hosts one of the UK’s largest Law Schools. It is also well known for its Art and Design, Forensic Science, Fashion, and creative arts courses. The University is also a Top 10 University for Sport in the British Universities & Colleges Sports (BUCS) Championship.

Services for International Students

We guarantee accommodation for international students for at least one year, with options available for those who take pre-sessional English lessons. Location

Nottingham Trent University has four campuses: City Campus, Clifton Campus and Brackenhurst in and around Nottingham, plus a new London location for creative and digital programmes. Located in the East Midlands, Nottingham is two hours by train from London. The city offers excellent transport links, providing easy access to major UK cities and international destinations.
