The British School of Fashion is based at the London Campus of Glasgow Caledonian University (GCU London) and offers specialised postgraduate programmes in the business of fashion. As a university at the forefront of Fashion and Luxury education in the UK, their mission is to educate, challenge and develop a new generation of fashion and luxury business leaders, innovators and entrepreneurs. Situated in London’s fashionable Spitalfields area, they offer future-focused programmes that have been designed with industry leaders and content informed by the very latest contemporary academic research. Having recently launched the one of a kind ‘Sustainable Luxury’ module the school is leading the Sustainability agenda in education and teaching students to become responsible leaders.
GCU London is also home to the British School of Leadership and Management which stems from Glasgow Caledonian University’s longstanding commitment to education in responsible business leadership and management since 1875. From the Yunus Centre for Social Business and Health which aims to transform the lives of the poorest through pioneering research, examining the relationship between the social business and health improvement; to their membership within Business in the Community (BITC) where they lead relevant research and share findings with policy-makers and business leaders, the British School of Leadership and Management aims to expand their roots on a global level. Their vision is to develop a new generation of conscious leaders, innovators and entrepreneurs through an education industry relevant expertise.
