Liverpool is a vibrant student city offering plenty of cultural, sporting, musical and social opportunities. Visitors to Liverpool will enjoy theatres, concert halls, museums, galleries, bars, cosmopolitan shops and restaurants. Sporting fans will enjoy the friendly rivalry between Liverpool FC and Everton FC and the Grand National which attracts thousands to Aintree each year. Manchester is just over 40 minutes away by train, and London two and a half hours.

The University is based on two campuses at Hope Park Everton. Hope Park is only three miles away and Hope at Everton is a ten minute walk from Liverpool City centre. Hope Park is also home to The Sheppard-Worlock Library, and University sporting facilities.
